Nduja is a spicy, spreadable sausage from Calabria, Italy. Nduja is typically made with Calabrian Peppers and peperoncini. It is known for its intense flavor and versatility in the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a good taste, it is important to use good ingredients. The original Nduja is prepared with a Calabrian bell pepper. That is roasted and pur\u00e9ed. However, you can also use a standard red bell pepper if you do not have access to Calabrian ones. It is important that your pur\u00e9ed bell pepper does not end up with too much water.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
