I&#8217;m Daniel\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you do not know me <em>(yet)<\/em> :).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I help enthusiastic hobby chefs, foodies and do-it-yourselfers like you&nbsp;<strong>make sausages with my recipes and step-by-step instructions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following 3 things best describe food for me &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Spend time &amp; create experiences with people you love<\/li><li>Experiment, try out &amp; get to know each other<\/li><li>Relaxation &amp; enjoyment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And that is exactly what the Wurst Circle is about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make delicious sausages and have a good time together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll support you on your journey from a meat lover to a knowledgeable sausage making artisan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But who is &#8220;I&#8221;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My name is&nbsp;<strong>Daniel, I am from Germany<\/strong>&nbsp;and in the following picture I have my hands full with an Indian Vada Pav\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/charcuteria.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/dwu_indien-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When I started to make sausage myself almost 2 years ago\u2026<br><br>I didn&#8217;t expect to pursue this hobby for so long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I mean, it&#8217;s funny, isn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Making your own sausage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who does that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can get it at the butcher&#8217;s&#8230;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And probably also in almost every supermarket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used these options a lot, without even questioning what I&#8217;m actually eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I probably even ate more than the German average\u00a0<em>(in 2018 it was 60.2 kg per year, 29.6 kg of which was sausage based products)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All that without paying attention to the quality in which the sausage was produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But when I realized how and under what conditions these sheer masses of sausages are produced&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I began to think. A lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This did not happen overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That takes time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, long story short&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My goal:\u00a0<strong>Less meat but very good quality\u00a0<\/strong><em>(regional, sustainable, no mass processing and fair prices for the producers).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And to understand what comes in sausage, I had to make my own sausage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s where I got stuck and as you can see so much that I now write about it and make videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Well,\u00a0I don&#8217;t want to be the moralizer here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only thing that is important to me&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you make the effort to make sausages at home, use the best quality meat you can get.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The difference in taste is huge compared to industrially processed sausage or sausage made of cheap meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your friends &amp; family will\u00a0repay you with outstanding feedback.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And like I said&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you put in the effort, then with good raw material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is your opinion on this topic?
